Some people are sensitive and prefer no essential oils to be used in their homes…

others find that fine quality essential oils can be a plus to the in home atmosphere and to their natural health care.

I have tried both ways. And, recently, in utilizing more than my basic peppermint, I  find that quality oils are again proving a benefit.

Following is quick list to note, even when beginning to utilize essential oils for sensitive adults.

For infants, zero to two months of age:

Chamomile, Roman and German

Lavender

Yarrow

Dill

For babies, two to six months of age:

The above, plus Mandarin and Neroli.

For babies, six to twelve months of age:

The above plus Calendula, Grapefruit, and Tea Tree.
