I miss my dance.
Recently, I saw some Dance-Walking video segments! Individuals or groups of people, ebullient, secular Hari Krishnas, celebrating life and breath, happily dancing along their own roads. For me, this participation in dance, en masse, might be be a bit too all-over-the-place. But, it is nice to see others who enjoy the activity. http://youtu.be/Ib3Duz_6a9M
And, now I see: Prancercise. (Thanks facebook friend of Joseph Mind.) One simply prances along like a pony, and enjoys all the health and fitness benefits. Lymphatic circulation, easy on the knees. Really! Now, I don’t see it as an elegant activity, the Queen probably won’t be doing this. But, on private roads, and garden paths, maybe a little hop-skip? why not?
Makes my smile though, for it does remind me of Monty Python’s horseless, coconut-clacking trotters. “What? Ridden on a horse? You’re using coconuts…”http://youtu.be/JHFXG3r_0B8
