From Dr John Douillard:
How to Tell if Your Stomach is Stuck:
“To determine if you have this condition, take your thumb and press deeply under the left side of your ribcage and see if it is tender to touch. If you feel sore in this area you might have a stomach that is beginning to adhere to the diaphragmatic wall and it may responsible for many of the digestive or upward-moving vata health concerns that I have mentioned above. You may also want to poke under the right side of the ribcage as well and see if that area is sore. The liver hangs closely to the diaphragmatic surface on the right side; if it is sore, you may need to treat the right side as well…”
What are the Marma Points?
Marma points are positions on the body where flesh, veins, arteries, tendon, bones and joints meet.
The Marma points are the points where the three aspects of realization meet, i.e. the inner self, outer world, and intersection of the above two. Thus these are junctions between the physical, astral and causal bodies.
The Marma points are of great importance to a persons body, mind and spirit, as these are the points where the spirit hinges the body.

I so appreciate the rivers, streams, tributaries that run through this form that I am residing in. Among the other divine forces that operate in around my form, I consider the lymphatic system as it relates to everything I aim to understand on practical health.
It is said that “The chakras are not physical. They are aspects of consciousness in the same way that the auras are aspects of consciousness. The chakras are more dense than the auras, but not as dense as the physical body. They interact with the physical body through two major vehicles, the endocrine system and the nervous system. Each of the seven chakras is associated with one of the seven endocrine glands, and also with a group of nerves called a plexus. Thus, each chakra can be associated with particular parts of the body and particular functions within the body controlled by that plexus or that endocrine gland associated with that chakra.”
“It is best mentioned here that the seven chakra system is classical, but your actual practice does not have to be limited by the classical thought of centuries long past. In the very ancient literature and traditions, there were three chakras or lokas, then later there was five, then six, then seven. In some tantric systems there are 9, 10, 12, and more. One theory is that the vibratory nature of the universe, the galaxy, and hence the earth is accelerating and becoming more refined and diversified as such new energy centers have emerged within the hologram of man.”

“The care of the breasts is very important as the breasts and nipples are connected to the ovaries. Any problems in the breasts will also directly affect the ovaries and vice-versa. Daily oil massage before showering is helpful for lumpy or swollen breasts.According to Chinese medicine liver stagnation is the main cause of breast lumps. One reason for this is that the liver meridian (energy pathway) is connected by internal pathways to the breasts. Liver stagnation based on emotional stress is especially common among women…”

“More research is needed to fully understand how the waste system works in human brains, which can’t be studied as easily as mice. Still, the findings are important, said Ransom. “After decades of uncertainty about cerebrospinal fluid movement in brain, we finally know which way the wind is blowing,” he said.”
